Cranberry Rosemary Long Evening

0.0% Whiskey, Cranberry & Rosemary Highball. A different way to make the moment yours.

Cranberry Rosemary Long Evening

Cranberry gives ginger ale a sharper, drier partner, and rosemary adds a woodsy aroma that suits many whiskey alternatives. Keep the herb small and mostly intact. Sweetened cranberry juice makes a softer drink, while pure unsweetened juice needs more careful measuring, so check the bottle before pouring. The finished glass should feel tart and gently spiced rather than syrupy. This is a useful dinner or evening option when you want something familiar enough to enjoy but a little more layered.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 0.0% non-alcoholic whiskey alternative
  • 4 oz Ginger ale
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 1/2 small sprig Fresh rosemary

Make it

  1. Prepare the fruit and herbs as listed. Lightly press soft fruit and herbs in a glass without shredding the leaves.
  2. Add the non-alcoholic alternative and any still juices or flavorings. Stir together and strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
  3. Add ice if desired, then pour in the chilled carbonated mixer. Stir gently once and serve.
