Cranberry Rise & Shine
Cranberry Orange Sparkler. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Cranberry brings tartness and a slightly dry finish, while orange gives the drink a sweeter middle. Sparkling water turns the combination into a lighter breakfast spritz rather than a full glass of juice. Look at your cranberry juice before mixing: a sweetened blend behaves differently from pure cranberry. Begin with the listed amounts, then let the cranberry’s strength guide any small change to the orange or water.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Sparkling water
- 2 oz Cranberry juice
- 2 oz Orange juice
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.
Benefits
Orange · a little vitamin C
Orange brings some vitamin C to the mix—a nutrient involved in collagen formation for healthy skin, alongside a sharp berry edge from cranberry.
Cranberry with a little lift
The cranberry brings a sharp berry edge, alongside orange; the chilled carbonated mixer adds a crisp texture to that pairing.
