Coconut Sunrise
Coconut Lime Water. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Coconut water makes ordinary cold water slightly sweeter and softer, while lime gives it a cleaner finish. There’s no coconut creaminess here; the texture stays thin and refreshing. Different coconut waters vary quite a bit, so a sip before mixing helps you judge the citrus. This is an easy one for a morning when you want a little flavor without fruit pieces or a blender.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Cold water
- 2 oz Coconut water
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.
