Clementine Clove Night Hearth
Warm Clementine & Clove Cup. A different way to make the moment yours.

Clementine gives this cup a soft citrus sweetness, while a tiny pinch of clove adds a deeper, warmer aroma. The spice is powerful, so measure it carefully rather than shaking freely from the jar. A little honey is optional if the juice is particularly tart. Keep the heat gentle so the citrus doesn't lose all of its freshness. This is a light evening alternative to heavily spiced mulled juice, with a clear fruit flavor and just a small hint of clove.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Water
- 2 oz Clementine juice
- 1 tiny pinch Ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp Honey (optional)
Make it
- Prepare the fruit as listed, removing all stones, cores and hard stems.
- Put the water and all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes until any fresh fruit has softened.
- Mash softened fruit gently, then strain if you prefer a smoother cup. Remove whole peel, herbs or ginger pieces. Serve comfortably warm.
