Cherry Moon Cup
Cherry Chamomile Tea. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Cherry juice adds a tart fruit note to chamomile’s delicate floral base. It’s a more expressive cup than plain chamomile, but still lighter than a mug made mostly of warm juice. Brew the tea first and add cherry gradually so you can stop at the balance you enjoy. The tea should remain noticeable. Depending on the juice, the result may have a pleasantly sour finish rather than the sweetness its deep color suggests.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Hot water
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 2 oz Tart cherry juice
Make it
- Add the tea or fruit and spices to a heatproof mug or small saucepan.
- Pour in the hot water. Steep tea for the time on its packet, or gently simmer fruit for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Strain if you prefer, add any optional sweetener, and sip while comfortably warm.
Benefits
Chamomile · caffeine-free with cherry
The chamomile and cherry combination offers a gentle floral aroma without caffeine—a useful option when you want another brewed drink later.
A warmer side of cherry
The chamomile carries a deep, tangy cherry flavor from cherry, giving you a fragrant warm drink to enjoy in place of an alcoholic nightcap.
