Chamomile Cloud Cup
Chamomile Coconut Latte. A simple recipe for your evening wind-down.

Chamomile and oat milk make a soft, floral cup, while coconut water adds a light sweetness without coconut milk’s richness. The combination is delicate, so give the tea time to develop before deciding whether its flavor is strong enough. Warm gently and stir the liquids together well. It should feel milky but fairly light, with chamomile still noticeable. The coconut water is a quiet addition, not a promise of a strongly tropical drink.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tea bag Chamomile tea
- 2 oz Coconut water
Make it
- Warm the milk gently in a small saucepan; do not boil.
- Add the spices, flavoring, and any fruit. Whisk powders well. If using tea, steep for the packet’s recommended time and remove the bag.
- Simmer gently for 2 minutes. Strain whole spices or fruit if you like, then pour into a mug.
Benefits
Coconut water · a potassium contribution
Beside oat milk and chamomile, coconut water offers a little potassium, used by your body for maintaining normal fluid balance, as well as a light coconut sweetness.
A warmer side of chamomile
The oat milk and coconut water carries a gentle floral aroma from chamomile, giving you a fragrant warm drink to enjoy in place of an alcoholic nightcap.
