Cashew Cardamom Night Kitchen
Cashew, Cardamom & Vanilla Milk. A different way to make the moment yours.

Cashew butter blends into oat milk with a mild, creamy flavor, letting cardamom provide most of the aroma. Vanilla makes the finish softer without needing much sweetness. Measure the cardamom carefully because it can quickly turn a quiet cup into something intensely perfumed. A smooth cashew butter gives the best texture. This is a restrained evening latte with no coffee or tea, especially good if you like warm spices but don't want cinnamon in every drink.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tsp Smooth cashew butter
- 1 tiny pinch Ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp Alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
Make it
- Prepare the ingredients as listed. Any grain, root vegetable or chestnut listed as cooked must already be fully cooked and cooled.
- Blend the cold oat milk with any fruit, nuts, seeds, nut paste or cooked ingredients until completely smooth. Whisk powders with a spoonful of milk first if needed.
- Pour into a small saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Warm gently for 3–4 minutes while whisking; do not boil. Remove any whole peel or ginger slices before serving.
- Thin with a splash of water if needed and sip once comfortably warm.
Benefits
Cashew butter · a useful mineral
You get a small magnesium contribution from cashew butter in the oat milk, cardamom, and vanilla mixture, supporting releasing energy from food alongside a smooth, buttery nuttiness.
A warmer side of vanilla
The oat milk, cashew butter, and cardamom carries a sweet-smelling vanilla aroma from vanilla, giving you a fragrant warm drink to enjoy in place of an alcoholic nightcap.
