Buckwheat Cinnamon Cloud
A pure roasted-buckwheat infusion topped with warm oat milk.

Pure buckwheat tea has a roasted cereal flavor that works well beneath a layer of warm milk. The cinnamon should be a dusting rather than a thick cap, allowing that toasted character to remain noticeable. Frothing is optional; a brisk whisk still makes the drink feel lighter. Check that the tea contains only roasted buckwheat, since some blends include caffeinated tea. This is a small evening latte with a grainy aroma and a clean, gentle finish.
Ingredients
- 1 tea bag Pure roasted buckwheat tea
- 5 oz Water
- 3 oz Unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tiny pinch Ground cinnamon
Make it
- Brew the buckwheat tea in the water according to its packet, then remove the bag.
- Warm the milk gently in a separate pan. Froth with a handheld frother, or whisk briskly.

Benefits
Roasted buckwheat tea with a useful milk choice

Cinnamon beside roasted buckwheat tea and oat milk

Use pure buckwheat tea without black or green tea. Buckwheat can be an allergen.
