Blue Sky Lemon
Blueberry Lemon Water. A simple recipe for the start of your day.

Blueberries don’t shout in a glass of water. They add a subtle berry note and a little color, with lemon doing more of the work on the tart side. Lightly split a few berries so they can release their juice; whole berries mostly look pretty. This is a delicate pour rather than blueberry lemonade, and it suits someone who likes their morning water with just a small change.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Cold water
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
Make it
- Add the fruit and herbs to a glass. Gently press soft fruit or herbs to release their flavor.
- Stir in the juice, any optional salt or sweetener, and the water. If using sparkling water, add it last and stir once.
- Add ice if you like. Let infused water stand for 5 minutes for a fuller flavor.
Benefits
