Blackberry Unbuttoned
Blackberry Mint Smash. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Blackberries give this fizz a darker fruit flavor, and mint adds a cool-smelling finish. There’s no citrus to sharpen it, so the berries’ ripeness has a bigger role than it would in a lemon-heavy drink. Press some fruit and gently bruise the mint before adding sparkling water. Expect a little pulp and a few seeds. It should feel fresh and lightly fruity rather than like a thick, sweet blackberry soda.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Sparkling water
- 1/4 cup Blackberries
- 5 leaf Mint leaves
Make it
- Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
- Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.
Benefits
Blackberry and mint · refreshing fluids
The 5 oz of sparkling water contributes to your day’s fluids, with blackberry and mint providing the flavor that makes another glass appealing.
Blackberry · more than a sweet mixer
With mint in the glass, the measured blackberry contributes a dark, tart berry flavor as an accent to the fizz.
