Blackberry Bramble Hour

NA Gin Blackberry Bramble. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Blackberry Bramble Hour

Blackberries add dark fruit and a little tartness to an NA gin and tonic, while lemon gives it a brighter finish. The berry flavor needs a gentle press to come through; whole berries mostly sit there looking good. Tonic is already sweet and bitter, so taste before adding more citrus. This is a more layered glass than a plain fruit soda, especially with a botanical spirit that has some character of its own.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NA gin
  • 4 oz Tonic water
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice

Make it

  1. Add any fruit, herbs, spices, or syrup to a glass and gently press to release flavor.
  2. Add the still liquids and ice. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the sparkling ingredient slowly and stir once. Serve immediately.

Benefits

Lemon · a little vitamin C

Lemon supplies some vitamin C for protecting cells from oxidative damage; pairing it with NA gin and blackberry adds another layer to the flavor.

Make room for blackberry

Blackberry gives the NA gin and lemon a dark, tart berry flavor—an aromatic pairing to serve freshly mixed, while the bubbles are lively.

Check every NA product’s ABV. Choose clearly labeled 0.0% ingredients if you want to avoid trace alcohol.
