Apple Afterglow
NA Whiskey Apple Sour. A simple recipe for a moment that feels like yours.

Apple makes the whiskey-and-ginger pairing feel a little softer, while lemon stops the sweeter ingredients from blending into one note. Ginger ale supplies the bubbles, so there’s no need to shake this. Combine the still ingredients first and finish with a gentle pour. A drier NA whiskey alternative will leave the apple more noticeable; a sweeter bottle may call for a touch more lemon, after you’ve tasted the finished glass.

Benefits
Lemon · a little vitamin C
The 1/2 oz of lemon juice adds some vitamin C for absorbing iron from plant foods, with NA whiskey, ginger, and apple juice rounding out the flavor.
Ginger · more than a sweet mixer
With NA whiskey, apple juice, and lemon in the glass, the measured ginger contributes a botanical backbone as an accent to the fizz.
